Return and Exchange Policy

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receiving your order. Our return rates are very low, and we take pride in the high-quality hair extensions we offer. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your order, and we are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

 Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for any stylist attempting to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Vintich Chixs". Not everyone is a colorist or specialist at coloring hair extensions, which is why we offer custom coloring services to handle this for you.
- You must contact us before returning your package at 770-896-9117 during business hours within the seven (7) day return period. All Vintich Chixs must be shipped back unopened in their original packaging, which must not be defective in any way, or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, so we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Vintich Chixs seal on the bundle has been broken.

 Refunds:
- When will I receive my refund?
  A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Vintich Chixs security seal was not broken. Refunds are typically processed within 48-72 hours after this confirmation.

 Exchanges:
- May I make an exchange?
  Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Vintich Chixs seal MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, uncombed, brushed, worn, or altered in any way. If the hair is altered, we will return it to you.

All sales are final on custom coloring.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number as Vintich Chixs will not be responsible for lost returns. We advise against using UPS for returns due to high brokerage fees, which we will not cover.
